There is a deck with a charcoal grill to enjoy salmon burgers, free range chickens who provide the most delicious eggs, three raised bed garden boxes, a whole house water filter and softener, and a meticulously maintained jet hot-tub. Parking might be driveway, or street, depending, and a guest pass to a nearby fitness center. Inside, the home is professionally cleaned bi-monthly, and all our household appliances can be shared. Your upstairs guest room is ft, shares a bathroom, has a dual sided walk in closet, receives great high speed internet, and can be furnished to include a bed or unfurnished, depending on preference.I am a father, rabbi, author, and reality television guy who when not cycling > a year, is probably in another country on a show (yeah, really). Semi furnished Single bedroom with shared jack and jill bathroom. Near to I, Heb, costco, wolf ranch town center with many other stores. Preferred females Only

Quaint and cozy furnished private room and private bathroom. Full bed with comfy mattress and topper on it. Nighstand, dresser, TV, and desk in bedroom. Large tub, large walk-in closet, and large countertop in bathroom. You'll share this space with myself ( yr old professional female and my 2 small pups). I stay to myself, never have parties, go out on occasion, but am early to bed and early to rise. I drink occasionally (social drinker usually), don't smoke (cigarettes or ), and am pretty clean (no messes left out). My dogs do bark when someone new comes in the house but will calm down quickly (a couple minutes). They are friendly and to know them is to love them. You should be an avid animal lover to live here for any amount of time, as am I. However, they will stay in my bedroom/bathroom if I am not home.
