The outside of the house is super lowkey, so it's like you're living in a whole different neighborhood when you step inside.There is a driveway that can fit two cars outside of the house, as well as a couple spots for street parking. I don't care about your gender, but if I find a female roommate who is only comfortable with a house full of women, then I will refine my search to female roommates only.Small quirk: There is a studio connected to the house that will be rented out separately. Nobody currently lives there, but it is possible that there will be someone on the other side of the kitchen. The units have separate entrances with a locked door in between.THIS IS A YEAR-LONG LEASE. HOWEVER:I am very flexible. The 3rd bedroom (pictured) is kind of just used for storage and my dogs hangout room and the other room is the same size (not pictured, current roommate leaves in a week). You can use the extra bedroom for extra space as well and occupy the other bedroom and use your own private bathroom. The house was completely renovated a year ago so everything is brand new.
