(English is filled in below)で新住人を（年齢 性別不問）募集しています！(※8月〜) LINE:mtsimy ↑メッセージは有料オプションみたいなので上記or LINEからご連絡ください！　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 Please contact us through the above as there is a charge for contacting us from here. 当シェアハウスでは男女、二階建て一軒家を部屋割りし、シェアハウスとして暮らしています。家賃は月円！ガス電気水道ネットその他備品料など全て込みです！※敷金ナシ、礼金２万円。今回募集する部屋は約六畳一間です。個室型ですがドアに鍵は無く、隣部屋との仕切りがふすまのためプライバシーに寛容な人向けの物件となります。風通しは良好で日当たりもいいです。キッチン、風呂、トイレ、リビングなどは全て共有になります。基本的に二階建てのうち、一階を共有使用部、二階を個人部屋と間割りしています。（二階にベランダあり）当シェアハウスは智恵光院今出川と浄福寺今出川の間にあります。近くにスーパー、業務スーパー、飲食店、コンビニ、郵便局などがあり生活はしやすい立地です。住人主体で運営していて、各々がのんびり自由に暮らしている「トキワ荘」型シェアハウスです！「いきなり住むのは不安… 。家も見たいし、どんな人が住んでいるかも見てみたい」という方が大半だと思いますので、一度見学に来て入居をご判断いただければと思います。見学の際は住人が対応いたします。（最初の1ヶ月間は礼金不要ですので家や同居人との相性を確かめていただければと思います！）ご質問などにも丁寧にお答えしますので、お気軽にご連絡いただければうれしいです！ We are looking for a roommate to move in starting in August !! The room is well ventilated and has good sunlight.Kitchen, bath, toilet, living room, etc. are all shared.Basically, the first floor of the two-story building is for shared use, and the second floor is for individual rooms.
