I just got a freshly-built, luxury condo in Plano, ten min from UTD, and am looking for 2, like-minded female roommates! 3 stories , 3 bedrooms(all with a private bathrooms and walk in closets, perfect for us ladies), One guest bath, plus a cute little balcony and a nice two and a half car garage. Appliances are included, washer and dryer as well. The condo is also very spacious and has high ceilings as well as a LOT of windows for natural light! Since it’s brand new, the place is unfurnished but this is negotiable. We can furnish the commons spaces or bedrooms before you move in but this will most likely be included in the rent. Or if you have anything you would like to bring, you’re more than welcome to! The rent will depend on the room, utilities, and furnishing. I would ideally like to be friends with my roomies and live in a comfortable, mutual space where we can enjoy each others company if we want!
