I’m looking for someone to take over my lease of a fully furnished private room and private bathroom ( bath) at Union Chapel Hill apartment complex for spring semester from January (or until end of July if you want to stay the summer). The apartment is the D4 TH layout at Union ( bath 2 floor townhouse/apartment unit), currently with one room vacant. The monthly rent is $ + utilities but I am willing to negotiate! The room is located upstairs on the third floor, is quiet and has its own front door. The room has a pool view and is the largest room out of all the rooms. The unit also has its own washer and dryer. Union Chapel Hill is about a minute walk to UNC campus and has many amenities. There is a shuttle that runs Monday - Friday, a gym, pool, sauna, study lounge, study rooms, rooftop terrace, secure package handling etc.
