The room is in Dunwoody, GA with closet access to the highway, local parks, and grocery store. The monthly rent is $ plus utilities and the room is available first of August. Utilities include electric, water, trash, internet/tv, and gas. You must be added to the lease which required a background and credit check with the apartment complex. Room available is the master bedroom in the apartment. Spacious enough to live, work, and relax in. En suite bathroom has sink, toilet, & shower. Two closets plus a linen closet. Room is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished as I've lived here for 3 years. I ask that my stuff be respected and taken care of. I've worked hard for what I have and I like to keep it nice. Kitchen is fully stocked, but can make room for any of your stuff. Most of the apartment is faux wood flooring with the bedroom being carpet. Central heat & AC. (I do like it cold). Dogs are okay (I love dogs) but I ask they be in your room during the day/when no one is home. There is a $/month pet fee you'd be responsible for with the apartment. This an LGBTQ+ friendly household so please be comfortable and accepting of that.

The room is basically the entire upstairs of the house! Walking up the stairs you’ll enter the anteroom area (all yours) which is the green room with the couch and gaming desk. Then there’s the bedroom and private bathroom. There are two spacious closets, one in the anteroom and one in the bedroom, so if you got a lot of stuff, there’s plenty of room for it.There is plenty of street parking right next to the house. Laundry is accessible through the kitchen - I’m replacing the current washing machine, so that will also be brand new. I just bought the house, so it just went through inspection, and it got passing inspection reports for mold and radon.House has a garage, basement, outdoor deck, and outdoor fenced-in space. Check out the pictures! No smoking.It’s in an HOA community, so all the houses look the same, but very quiet and very safe.
