Hi! I’m Justine and I’m looking for a nice person (or chill couple) to share my 2 bedroom flat in the heart of SF. I live with my little dog, peanut and my GF (who keeps house, dog sits & is a pro chef so there’s often leftovers to eat) but she’s only here part time! Rent includes all utilities, 2x monthly housekeeper for the common spaces & WiFi (with a heating charge Dec-feb when we have to use space heaters). The bedroom is ’, northern exposure -great windows so not loud; also quite cool even during the last heat wave. There’s a double hanging closet. There’s a big dresser and drapes should you want to keep them. Also we’ve got a fantastic air bed if you need a temporary bed. The apartment is steps sq ft. garage for storage, with washer-dryer and an old stairmaster. Kitchen is fully equipped though we can make space. The dining room has a table for 6 and currently has my desk for working from home days a week. The bathroom is split which keeps us from tripping over each other. 2 blocks from the lower Haight, 4 to Alamo park, 6 to Hayes valley. We share the roof deck with our downstairs neighbors, a young, quiet couple. I’m a native San Franciscan, middle-aged but still fun. I work in biotech operations. Not home all that much, quite clean but not necessarily tidy. The 2 little dogs would be fine with a small dog. But no big rambunctious dogs. You must not be a hoarder, basically clean, never smokes/vapes inside. If you are an adult, who pays rent on time and won’t thrash out the flat we could get along!
