Need roommate. Month to month lease. hundred dollar security deposit. Utilities NOT included in rent. Room is ten feet by ten feet with a closet. Cleanliness is the number one thing I'm looking for. There is a cleaning clause in the lease which states if you don't clean/pickup after yourself you will pay for a maid. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other room. Pool and trash compactor located at front of neighborhood. 4 parking spots at house(2 inside garage, 1 currently taken by stuff for rear lanai) and plenty of guest parking in the neighborhood. Everyone living here has different work/sleep schedules so everyone is accommodating. Respectful and open communication. Friends are allowed over within reason and small gatherings allowed every once in a while with consent of all roommates.

No drinking, no smoking , no friends overnight!
