I’m renting a private bedroom/bath in my home in Vista. It has a queen sized bed with a new mattress, a futon, an empty dresser, two bookcases, and a flatscreen TV. The attached private bath has a walk in shower. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A quiet elderly lady with a small dog rents the second bedroom. I have the third bedroom.
