The room has a twin bed, night stand, lamp and fan. Includes an in-house washer and dyer, a mostly stocked kitchen, and some storage. There is a second half bath on the main floor. The house is lightly furnished. Along with the room, the rental includes square feet of living space between the main level and the bedroom floor. My room is in a finished basement. The yard is a rare gem in Seattle and is terraced. It has downtown and Harbor Island views from the top terrace. It is a short, easy 5 minute walk to the C-Line and immediate access to the West Seattle Bridge. Easy walk the Alaska Junction, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, QFC, Starbucks, LA Fitness, the Y, restaurants and much more. Parking is available and free. The move-in fee is a key deposit and is fully refundable. I also have a gym set up in the garage. I am the home owner, and I work in Seattle; my family (wife and children) are currently living out of state to care for aging family. I travel back and forth each month. I have a non-furnished room available in a beautiful bedroom bath with sq.ft. This bedroom is on the top floor and goes for $. There is shared bathroom on the top floor (there is another bathroom on the 2nd floor). There is one extra parking spot (additional $) in the garage and then there is street parking (always a place to park). Utilities are split and are electric, gas and trash/recycling.This room will be available around the 2nd week of December. The lease ends July th, so this would be for about 7 months (there is no availability to renew, unfortunately). This is a super quiet and safe neighborhood off th (close to High Point Commons Park).
