It’s a nice bath, small recently redone kitchen, dining room, living room, tile floors, refrigerated air, heated, backyard, doggy door, quiet neighborhood, a bit far from campus but it’s manageable! Smoking is allowed but if it’s outside! And we don’t mind pets! We have some of our own!
