Hi, my name is Noemi. I am a nineteen year old student looking to rent a room starting Fall August-September next year. My preferred location is in Riverside with a monthly rent of -Hundred Dollars. I am open to renting out a singular room inside a home or looking for a place with a roommate to split rent.I have three cats and a reptile with me that can be kept in the room without a fuss if household roaming is undesirable. I maintain daily cleaning habits to keep hair & smell undetectable. I also keep my stuff tidy and pick up after myself.I tend to keep to myself as I get busy; however, I am friendly and open to conversation!
