We are a banker the other an artist, moved here in Toronto a month ago to this beautiful sqft, storeys townhouse in the Annex neighbourhood. I moved here from Vancouver and Hugh will be coming from France in May. Being independent and slightly introverted, we do like our alone space and privacy as everyone will have their own floor. This amount of space you can’t get in a condo. We enjoy cooking our own meal, we keep things tidy and organized, we often share these activities together. Occasionally we host dinner parties where the roommate is always invited. We are creative, fun and positive individuals, and eager to meet our new roommate!
