I have a furnished room for rent in my ba house in northwest Flagstaff. Rental room has bed, huge under drawers, a chest of draws, bookcase, desk, chair, lamps, closet, and a north facing window. It is right across from the hall bathroom. (I have my own bathroom in my room.) Utilities are included. I have WiFi in the house. My TV in the living room has Ruko, Netflix, and Hulu. I use mostly wood heat even though I have a normal gas furnace. This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood.
