Hey everyone, I'm looking for a Macquarie University female student to take over my contract in Student Village North Ryde

It's a top level room in a 5 Bedroom Apartment in all girls house, Fully Furnished Westside Ensuite Room Single Occupancy and $ per week (ALL bills are included).
Laundry facility 1 min walk from home within the village.
The roommates are really friendly and helpful.
minute walk to the university
minute walk to Woolworths Marsfield and shell Coles express(open hours).
minute walk to Macquarie Centre.
Bus stops right outside the village.

Loads of optional social and food events organised by the village committee every month.

I’m going to move out on (the contract is till ), and if you like you can extend the contract next year at a cheaper rate.
