I have a bedroom opening up in the house, current occupant is moving out of town for school and looking to occupy after . Pet friendly, open kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room and large garage for storage. Currently have 3 cats in the house and occasionally dogs will stay over. If you have pets, we'll have to discuss how it'll work. Rent is due on the first, utilities get paid at the end of the month and are split evenly. Overall really chill living space, most people hang out in the bedrooms but we'll occasionally cook food, play games or watch movies together. Couples are welcome. House is a renovation project so there may be renovations occurring during your stay, just upgraded the water heater and A/C and Furnace. Large backyard that's a WIP. I will get pictures of the room once my current roommate clears up and I can get clear photos. Potential second opening too.The room currently opening up is fairly small but there's plenty of living room space for hanging out and garage space for storage.
