I want someone who's pretty chill and I want to split the cost with someone which ends up being for rent, like for gas bill (depends on the month), ish for internet, electricity (depends on month). Laundry is in the basement of the apartment and costs money, and the place is between and schoenherr so michigan lottery amphitheater is in walking distance if you wanna go see a concert. About me I have very bad ADHD so sorry if that bothers you. usually playing games on my computer in the living room so that means you probably get free reign over the TV like % of the time.The room you would stay in has a closet and a door lock so you have privacy.I've never had a random roomate before so this would be a first for me, so sorry If I forget anything in this post/listing you can ask me in my dms, also I would like to meet you before moving in with tou3rd picture is my roommates room who is moving out, and if anything looks dirty at all in the pictures, it will be cleaned b4 u arrive... also any pets in the pictures are going with my roommate

Very nice, friendly & peaceful condominium complex.The room has a canape bed, couch, dresser, night stand, vanity with mirror, smart TV on rolling stand & 2 small tables with a window to see out the front. Very nice complex.Must be pet friendly. I do have 2 cats, a dog part-time & a caged lizard. Although I would love to, I cannot allow any additional pets (except for fully caged) due to HOA regulations. My year old son resides in the basement. He worked midnight shift so he is sleeping most of the day and you will likely rarely see him.

Hello! I have a room in Sterling Heights above metro parkway and Ryan road. The Apts are called the Preserves, check them out. Very clean area. This room will include a partially shared bathroom for when my kids come over (every other day or other week ). You pay a flat rate which includes electricity, gas, wifi, water, trash etc. We can split fees for household items (cleaning supplies, detergent, etc).You will have to do a background check with the leasing office prior to moving in and pay Security deposit of One Thousand. I will also need to verify your income with a recent w2. My lease is for a year, ending May, so you can stay anytime within that frame as long as it's a good fit. I am a fairly clean and tidy person. We can make an arrangement to clean any common area, (Kitchen and bathroom). I have split custody with my kids and they are only here half of the time and well behaved. It's a luxury apt with a walk in closet. Parking spots are not assigned but are usually not taken up.
