The apartment is fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom you will be moving in to. Sadly, we do not have a washer/dryer in unit, but there is a small laundry room for the complex - units in all.I work from home and have a small dog, lbs. He is super sweet, but not a huge fan of other dogs, so no other animals. I eat healthy-ish and spend a lot of time cooking. I have neighbors and friends over (usually at a time) fairly regularly, but am very low key - no drugs, non-smoker, minimal drinking, no drama - think craft-night and a movie instead of raging party. You have a steady job, preferably outside of the house, and ideally are also fairly low-key. Please be a non-smoker, no vaping, and minimal drinking/drug use. I also have quite a few allergies, so if you are a lover of heavy perfumes or wall plug-ins this will not be a good fit.
