Million-dollar views. 3 minutes from town, stores, restaurants, 1 hour to Nashville or Bowling Green. FENCED PROPERTY WITH SECURITY SYSTEM. ALSO, POTENTIAL TENANTS...BE COMFORTABLE WITH LARGE (very sweet) DOGS. - No criminal activity tolerated. Smoking IS allowed, OUTSIDE. Potential future opportunity to house sit when I travel. Also, potential to lower rent if you’re good with the dogs and want to help walk them. Character references required. No felons. No drugs. No gender preference. Pets considered on case by case basis.
