The condo is bright, spacious, fully furnished (you can use the towels, appliances, food in the cabinets, etc), and the AC/ducts/vents were serviced in June. There’s a heated pool and hot tub as well as a small gym. The laundry is near the pool. Most residents are older and snowbirds, so they only live there part-time. Rent plus your half of wifi and utilities. The other roomie works at Mayo Clinic. She’s , sporty, biracial, and has a calm, clean ESA named Trip. Drug and smoke free. Please no cats due to an allergy. Background check and recent paystubs needed
