My house is located in a safe quiet neighborhood in southeast Denver, twenty minutes from Anschutz medical, thirty minutes from Downtown, and twenty minutes from the Airport. There is a Central AC/ Heater, Central vacuum, Washer and dryer, alarm system with security cameras, and Easy street parking.You will have access to use:* full bathroom with two vanities and a bathtub will be shared with one other male roommate.* a Spacious living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets and appliances, and a dedicated fridge is shared with the roommate only. * large backyard with a covered patio* A movie theater in the basement, you are welcome to join us for movie nights 😊* we have access to a pool in our community, you are welcome to use. House rules:No crazy party, but having a friend over from time to time it’s normal. Sorry but no smoking of any type, no drugs, Drinking occasionally is ok.
