We have a beautiful room in the Presidio available November 1. If you need to move in sooner that can be arranged. With views of the Golden Gate Bridge, access to open space and the Bay, the Presidio Residences is a perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts while also being close to the city. The apartment is ten minutes from the Marina/Cow Hollow, and close to hiking, biking, and beaches in Marin. We are also a 5 minute walk from the Equator Coffee Round House Cafe, 5 min walk to Movement rock climbing gym, minute walk to the Presidio Sports Basement, and min walk to Baptiste Yoga. All Presidio residents get a free shuttle access pass for the Presidio Go shuttle, which travels to downtown and back (Embarcadero BART station) on weekdays and weekends. We also have our own parking lot with easy access to parking (parking pass available $/month).We are looking for someone who is easy going, and prefers quiet! The house gets morning light and is in three back of the house so it’s very quiet. We are 3 building from a Starbucks, grocery store the bus.
