The apartment is clean with a large living room and cozy bedrooms. It was also newly renovated when we moved in last year!

Hi! My name is Kayla, I'm a yr old woman who works in retail full time. I have a dog named Rhino, who's the sweetest puppy. My ex is moving out so I'll have an empty room, which is the room you see filled with stuff at the end, it'll be empty by October 1st. We share a bathroom but I'm super clean and it won't be a problem. I usually work mid shifts. I live 5 minutes from downtown and maybe minutes from UT so there's plenty of restaurants/retail/bars/things to do and see. Also an hour from the mountains if you like to hike. I have a big fenced in yard and roofed porch that is relaxing to hang out at. Also have a basement you can store things in. You'll have a closet in the room as well. I'm generally pretty quiet and just hang out at home. I'm a busy body, so I'm generally always doing something like a house project/outside of the house/with friends. I have ring cameras in the hallway and outside the front door for safety/keep an eye on my dog when I'm not home. Big long driveway for parking as well and all the kitchen stuff you could generally need, I just ask that you clean up after yourself at the end of the day.
