Hey! I’m looking to sublease my room at State Ave for the Spring Semester. I will be studying abroad in Rome and am hoping someone can take over my lease. I am willing to keep all of the furniture in my room if needed. Rent is $/month plus utilities which comes out to about $ total. Parking is included and there is a washer and dryer. The house is a bath house that is about a minute walk from campus. There is a brand new dishwasher, a nice fridge&freezer, and decently large kitchen.
