You will be co-living with 2 mature adults and have use of the house to include kitchen, family room, furnished back deck and ample off-street parking. Seeking mature, respectful, responsible, friendly, working, or retired adult with their own transportation. Room will have a king-sized bed added with linens, new carpet, and recently painted. Onsite laundry room and all utilities will be included. The room doesn't currently have a TV, but an anchor is available to place a tv.
