One room w/ bath is available immediately. You can also have the garage for parking and storage. There are two of us here and we’re pretty quiet. We just ask you keep the common areas clean. It’s a townhome and the neighbors noise level is quiet/non-existent. Old roommate left his furnishings but those can be moved if you don’t want them. Inquire if interested.
