Walking distants to the max stop at merlo road , walking distance to food and Fred Meyer and other places!Apartments are called “The Leaf” and you would need to apply on the managements , get approved then added to the lease. You’d have a room and full bath to yourself. Laundry is in the unit and really new. It’s a bath sq. Really nice backyard! We’d split everything down the middle. Rent is currently $ a month utilities included. Electric and WiFi are separate. Dm if you’re interested. I’m super clean (we can discuss our definitions of clean as well) and typically just watch movies in my room ,read or game but these days I work at trimet as a bus operator so I’m gone a lot. Currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Typically have my dog outside unless it’s raining then she’s stays inside until I get home for her daily walk. Working on creating a cozy dog house for her. Pets welcomed , nerds of all genres welcomed , lgbtq+ welcome all races and ethinicities and religious backgrounds. I don’t smoke because of my job but definitely friendly. Still furnishing the place so maybe you could pick some stuff out with me if not that’s all good. Need ALOT more art and ALOT more plants

Hey! My husband and I are actually moving out of our place and are hoping to find 2 people who would be okay with rooming together and taking over our lease that ends in February . The townhouse is really awesome and in a really safe and great neighborhood and the only reason we are leaving is because of my husband's job (we're moving out of state). It is a .5 bathroom house built in car garage. Each bedroom is a primary bedroom so they have a full bathroom and walk in closets. It has a really great heater and very tight window seals so it's not drafty. Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November. Rent is not including electricity, that’s shared between all roommates and the end of month. Washer and dryer in hallway, living room and kitchen fully accessible. We are missing a door though to the restroom that is shared , it’s covered by a blanket, trying to fix that asap though. About the roommatesCody - super chill , usually with girlfriend or at work , plays video games and likes to go on adventures. Likes to be respectful and boundaries are a must. Has a golden doodle pup, she’s a sweetheart Kyler - chill as well, likes to talk and makes friends. Likes to work out and go out with friends. Doesn’t invite people over nor does Cody. The house is not for partying. All we ask is to be respectful, you can have who ever you want at the house just not a lot of people all at once
