1 semi-furnished Bedroom (with private bathroom) for Rent in Quiet House in West Oakland, $ Utilities Included, Month-to-Month. Howdy, I own and live in a large-ish 3 bedroom house with my two kitties. I have a furnished room for rent that comes with its own bathroom. The house is quite nice! I recently went through a major renovation that involved lifting the house and building an AirBnB on the ground floor. The upstairs unit where I live is sq. ft., bright and sunny, and there’s a lovely deck in the back of the house that looks out over the neighborhood and garden. The floor plan has 3 bedrooms and an office. There is therefore a guest bedroom, and you are allowed to have guests stay there occasionally. There’s a washer and dryer, the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, and I don’t have a TV (that could change though). Because of the AirBnB, and that you will be living above it, I need someone who is mindful of noise when there are guests - quiet hrs are between am. I spend a fair amount of time doing maintenance and keeping the place in good order. There’s also 2 cats!! The property is gated and we have a security camera. Parking is on the street and I haven’t had problems with break-ins during my year tenure here. If you’re leaving town for a while, it is possible to leave your vehicle inside the gate. All utilities including high speed internet are included in the rent. Your room is quite large at ft. and has a large closet. It is at the front of the house so it isn’t directly above the AirBnb. I can furnish the room for you with more or less furniture than is currently in the room (just ask, I’ve got a spare standing desk, night stand, dresser, nice rug, etc.). There is an electric wall heater in the room. You also get your own bathroom, but if there is a guest (this is very rare btw.), then you’ll share the bathroom during that period.
