Hello, my name is Nick and girlfriend’s name is Leslie! We’re looking for a potential roommate in our newly built bedroom/ bathroom townhome located in SE Bend. (preferably someone in their s!) Rent is a flat $/month and already includes utilities! The room comes with a new beauty rest mattress + bed frame and you’ll also have your own private bathroom as well! There’s plenty of street parking, fenced backyard and full home gym in the garage!I work full time for a Law Firm and Leslie will be starting her DPT Program at OSU Cascades this September! We’re both very active and are always down for an adventure out, or an occasional movie/game night in! We’re into typical health + fitness activities like weight lifting, running, hiking, sports and any other outdoor activity/adventure you can think of! We have a 5 year old ESA dog named Maddie who is super sweet and very laid back— although she gets along great with other animals, we’re currently not looking to bring in any other pets into the home.
