Looking for a roomate (preferably female identifying) to fill a single in a bath apt in starting on February . I am a grad student so I appreciate cleanliness and reasonable quiet hours. There isn't a washer/dryer onsite but the laundromat is pretty close by. I also have an indoor cat. She is sweet and minds her own business, but she does need to be the only pet in the house.
