(Cannot see on here me ) I have my own place and, with rent going up, I’m considering being a roommate. I have a 6-year-old Lab–Retriever mix who’s super friendly and calm. He’s up to date on all his shots, and I have his medical records. He doesn’t bark much and has never been aggressive. I work full-time as a barista at Pura Vida Miami in Downtown Gardens. We just opened, so my schedule and income are steady at $/hour. I’m a pretty neat and tidy person and like keeping shared spaces clean and peaceful. I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, writing poetry, and winding down with horror movies or games. I’m respectful, reliable, and easy to live with, and I really value open communication and mutual respect in a shared home. Doesn’t have to be riviera specifically just want somewhere close for my job
