Parking is a close and it is a very quiet area.There is also a common living room that I am not doing much with right now. I would love to decorate it together and make it more of a home.I am looking for a roommate who works regular hours outside the home, or has a hybrid schedule without taking many meetings where you have to speak. The upstairs loft that is all yours is a great spot to have an office, but there is nothing blocking the sound from the rest of the apartment.
