Everyone is on the same page about cleanliness and organization, there’s a musician and an artist here so the shared spaces definitely reflect that 🙌This room will have one shared bathroom. Unities come out to about $ a month and will be split 3-ways. Parking is available in the lots in front of the unit. Wi-fi is included in the rent as well, and there’s a gym and swimming pool available to you. There’s also a gorgeous view of the mountains over the balcony!
