Bedroom has a closet and I have extra storage space in the basement.Ideally I would like to rent to a working professional that has a normal sleep schedule that isn't loud all night, as well as someone who cleans up after themselves and doesn't hord dirty dishes and cups in their room.No alcoholics. No smoking on property (Vaping is fine).Due to last roommate I cannot allow cats again.
