Might be able to convince for a small well behaved cat. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord does not do extensive background check but requests equivalent first, last & deposit (utilities are included) upon move in but you just won’t pay your last month and deposit will be returned at the end of lease term. Half deposit will be kept if you don’t clean up after yourself.
