House has a spacious front deck with PIN code entry, large grassy backyard and a big storage shed. Kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove/oven, a full and half size fridge, dining nook, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and dishes. There is ample food storage areas. Living room has a large L couch (this might go) and table. Coinless W/D downstairs near back PIN code door. Currently deep cleaning from previous messy tenant, more pics are soon to come!— Room 1 is roughly I3Osqft with built in storage shelves/drawers and walk in closet. One window facing west. Might be able to convince for a small well behaved cat. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord does not do extensive background check but requests equivalent first, last & deposit (utilities are included) upon move in but will be returned end of stay. Half deposit will be kept if you don’t clean up after yourself.
