We’re looking for a new flatmate. We have an extra room for rent in our three-bedroom condo apartment. No agent fee! No owner! We’d prefer someone who wants to stay long-term (one year). No couples, though.The room is available from Jan th onwards although can be discussed with the actual tenant $. - Our condo has a free shuttle bus that takes you to Clementi MRT in minutes. It runs from p.m. every minutes.- There’s a bus stop a -minute walk away that can take you to the city or West Coast Plaza (lots of supermarkets and shops there).- The room is private and fully furnished with a single bed, balcony, table + chair, huge wardrobe, ceiling fan, and aircon.- The living room is spacious and comfy, with a balcony, lots of plants, and a -inch TV.- You’re welcome to cook.- You can bring friends over.- We have three awesome swimming pools, three Jacuzzis, two tennis courts, four BBQ pits, a gym, sauna, and billiards.Utilities are not included, they’re around SGD/month/person.If you’re interested, shoot me a message ASAP.
