It come can furnished with a tv, nightstand, and dresser. We have three fridges (no idea how or why), W/D is in the backyard, we also have a shed in the backyard for an bigger things you’d want to store. Your bathroom would be shared with the other roommate. Our landlord provided us with a concierge service, where you can report any issues and someone is usually coming by to fix it within hours. About the lease ⏳: The lease goes until March 1st and which time you can reup with the landlord if wanted. Ideally looking for a 6 month lease but open to shorter term as well.
