Fabulous BK apt with artist

A little about the apartment: -it’s an incredible 2 bedroom apartment-one block away from the R train. -Cute building with a buzzer entrance into a courtyard. One more keyed door into the building-4th floor walk up. -It’s on the border of South Slope and Sunset Park, there are so many fabulous places within walking distance. -There’s a laundry mat, a cafe, florist, wine shop and a diner right downstairs! Grocery, restaurants, bars, Greenwood cemetery, all within blocks. ____________-The apartment is furnished other than your bedroom. -Wood floors, brick wall in the living room, lots of art. -There’s one shared bathroom and a narrow kitchen, lined with bookshelves. Your bedroom has a view of downtown manhattan. -Current roommate comfortably has a full size bed, a dresser and makeup table. -There’s a small closet in the bedroom, that’s deeper than it is wide. -You’ll also have access to a linen and coat closet in the shared space for use/storage.________________-I am looking for a roommate to join the lease. There is no broker fee, but there is a $ application fee and $ for a background check. Once approved you'll need to pay the deposit of $ and a month's rent. The utilities are split between us and usually run less than $ each a month for power, gas, and internet. *Dates may be flexible if you need to move in before November . -I've been living here a year and adore the apartment and neighborhood - my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and I'm on the hunt for someone fabulous. A little about me: I’m a female artist, queer, and work from home a lot. For dollars I work in other artist studios, assisting, doing archival work, and I teach. I love my home, am quite tidy, , don’t drink much or throw parties, am more about small intimate hangs and dinners. I love my home, it's pretty cozy and quiet (tho there is usually music playing). I cook and eat from home most of the time.
