Complete with a terrace and a screened patio. All utilities included. Peaceful and very clean with water view. Pool and jacuzzi access. Workout facilities are onsite. Publix grocery store is walking distance away; located in adjacent shopping plaza. Plenty of good restaurants within a mile from this beautiful man-gated community.
