House comes equipped with water softener system and RO water. If you lived in Vegas then you know how dry the air is; I have a central humidifier system installed so the humidity in the house is pretty much perfect the entire time. No kitchen use however there is a microwave and fridge for you to use. Location is amazing, 3 min drive to downtown summerlin. Tons of entertainment and red rock is literally round the corner.
