Ever since Covid, it’s been more difficult to find quality people. No pets, I don’t really want guests, no drugs, no smoking, no musicians (don’t ask, lol)… those would be the main deal breakers. I own my own business (Halloween store) and just focus on that and moving back to Pennsylvania in a few years. Credit check is a must and renters agreement must be signed.
