Other sweet amenities including a grill, pool, gym and a patio that overlooks a massive front yard lined with large trees that create a cool microclimate. I’m not sure how I feel about other cats because my allergies are sometimes a little rough (I grew up with Persians and know they’re okay) but dogs that don’t shed too much and are well trained could be fine!
