I am looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible housemate to share this affordable bath rowhome, about blocks from Patterson Park, starting January 1st (but earlier move-in possible!) for a 1 year (negotiable) lease. I prefer to live with women, but am open to other gender identities. Rent is as listed and a security deposit of same is due upon signing. All utilities would be shared. I have the smaller back bedroom and the bathroom is shared on that floor. However, there is a full finished bathroom in the basement as well, which is semi-finished (currently with a work-out space, laundry/storage), so bathroom sharing/getting ready has never been an issue. About me: I'm an Adult Ed teacher and teach half the week outside of the home but also teach a few remote courses at home as well. The coming semester starting end of January, I will most likely be out of the house for in-person teaching 4 days a week. I've lived in the Patterson Park area for several years, love it, and have developed roots here. I like to have a peaceful quiet home and keep common areas nice enough, though I'm not super uptight about it and simply enjoy cleaning and tidying when I can.
