I’m in my thirties and work full time from home so I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home as I don’t have the space. I’m friendly, outgoing, organized, tidy, and like to cook. The townhouse is really awesome and in a really safe and great neighborhood and the only reason we are leaving is because of my husband's job (we're moving out of state). It is a .5 bathroom house built in car garage. Each bedroom is a primary bedroom so they have a full bathroom and walk in closets. It has a really great heater and very tight window seals so it's not drafty. Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November. We are missing a door though to the restroom that is shared , it’s covered by a blanket, trying to fix that asap though.
