Scott, with plenty of safe street parking right out front and easy access to the MAX and Bus. *Ideal for someone who works from home or values a quiet, comfortable environment with plenty of natural lights.About the space:• baths furnished home except for your bedroom (you’d have one upstairs bedroom + your own bathroom + access to a den that can be used as an office or creative workspace). The other upstairs bedroom I use for guests if you need 2 rooms, I can rent it to you too. • I have my own fridge in my room and I don’t really cook. I also work hrs a week or so and hardly home. So the kitchen, living room is almost all yours.. Laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer.. Garage with tons of storages.*I do have 2 sons aged that will be over about days a month.
