The building is located in a very clean, safe and quite area, located right next door to Disney Hall and the Ahmanson Theater. The home is newly remodeled. The space for rent is about sq' and includes a bedroom its own restroom and the entire ensuite can be completely closed off from the rest of the house. The parking garages are gated and the spot is side by side. There is a hour building concierge with a security patrol at night. The front desk will receive any packages and store them for pickup. I have a cleaning service once a month.
