The apartment has a full kitchen, shared living space and a nice backyard. Building has an elevator, video intercom system and laundry in the basement. Location is super convenient and is within short walking distance of the , A/C/B/D and trains, as well as plenty of shopping (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, CVS etc.)The rent is /month, not including electric/internet which average around /month per person. There’s also a security deposit of that will go to my previous roommate.
