Single man with lb dog looking to rent /2 bathroom home in the Roseville, Citrus Heights area. Full time employed making over minimum wage with steady footing. Currently off a debt but willing to discuss rooming and what that would entail. Prefer a backyard for dog and no carpeting but I can budge on the carpets. Willing to room with a cat/ other dog but a pet meet and greet would be required.
