The house has central A/C, washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard that’s calm and peaceful — perfect if you like being outside or around plants.Parking is easy — two-car garage, a two-car driveway, and street parking in front of the house. The neighbors are all great, and the area is quiet and safe.Move-in date is November (flexible). Long-term preferred. Utilities are shared and usually range around $ a month.
